A bit about us…

Christine Thole, a 3rd generation antique dealer, has long enjoyed helping clients find just what they’re looking for, even if she didn’t have it in her Stillwater shop at American Gothic Antiques. Seeing all the people on Facebook looking for items with an “ISO” tag, she began to develop the idea of linking vintage dealers with clients who are “ISO” (in search of) special items. Thus the idea of being a personal vintage shopper was born in 2014!

Mike Thole is a retired St. Paul Public Schools teacher, former ice cream truck owner and currently owns a small cinematic videography business (Storyteller Videography).  He’s self taught in web design and admits he has a lot to learn!  He has built a number of WordPress web sites and worked with a few small business to help them build brand awareness through video marketing.  Mike was impressed with his wife’s idea from the beginning and built a basic ISO-Vintage web site.  With too many “irons in the fire” at the time, nothing happened and ISO-Vintage.com just sat unused.  Now however, the time is right and Mike and Christi hope to build ISO Vintage into a highly effective tool to link modern buyers and traditional brick and mortar stores.
